APPLIED RESEARCH

We propose research actions aimed at designing paths of change both within public, private and private social organisations and within territorial or community contexts.
For us, research must always be ‘applied’ because it must start from a concrete problem and then arrive at operational answers or solutions.
In our 20 years of experience, we have conducted research on young people and the elderly, on family and welfare policies, on social enterprises and social innovation, on corporate climate and organisational models.

EUROPEAN PROJECTS DESIGN

We support public, private and private social organisations in the submission of projects for European, national, regional and local funds.
For us, European planning is a great opportunity for organisational and territorial development.
In our experience, we have conducted European design activities for local authorities and companies.

ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTING

We propose organisational consulting as a way to foster communication, and thus efficiency, between the identity components of a company: competencies, ideas, relationships and values.
For us, the organisation is a great ‘communication nebula’ to be effectively oriented towards organisational and/or territorial purposes in order to minimise any form of noise.
In our 20 years of experience, we have developed and tested the CG Method aimed at organising the Content (Mission, Strategies, Values, Actions) and Management (Information, Participation, Innovation, Evaluation) of an organisation.

EUROPA OFFICES

We support public, private and social private organisations in structuring the development of their Europe Office, promoting this way of activating organisational strategies aimed at making the most of European opportunities. The European Office is an indispensable tool, nowadays, to access and exploit the development opportunities made available to public and private actors. Among others, we have designed the Europe Office Model used by the Italian Provinces called SAPE – Servizio Associato Politiche Europee.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

We propose training and skills assessment actions in order to be increasingly effective and efficient in the management of its services, thanks to a constant path of growth and improvement of its internal resources.
We train staff in change, in continuous improvement, enabling them to meet the challenges posed by the continuous evolution of markets, technologies and the regulatory environment.
We adopt an evolved system of competence assessment that allows us to design targeted training and personal development paths.
